Should I buy this Peugeot 206 with faulty air conditioning?

I need advice on buying Peugeot 206 1.9 HDI in black. It's done 78,000 miles and is good condition with one lady owner from new. The only fault it has is that the air conditioning is not working, and possibly needs a re-gas. It drives superbly and the asking price is £2000. The interior is almost brand new. I like the car a lot and always wanted a diesel. What do you think?

It's too expensive, and the air conditioning could easily cost £750 to fix. The 206 was not a good car anyway.
