Which emissions road tax band is my 3-month-old Ford Mondeo in?

I have just bought a 3-month-old Mondeo Zetec TDCI 140 registered in April 2010. The garage advertisement claimed 139g/km CO2 and road tax of £110 a year. However, section 10 of the V5 form I was given after I bought the car gives the emissions as 154g/km, which equates to band G at £155 a year. Is there a reason for the difference, and which one is correct?

The 2.0TDCI 115 ECOnetic was 139g/km, and a 140 bought after the May 2010 improvements is 139g/km, but a 140 model bought in April 2010 would haver had the older, higher emission 140 engine. Double check at: www.vcacarfueldata.org.uk/
