Can I reject a faulty new car the garage can't fix?

I purchased a new Mitsubishi ASX at end of September 2015, had very stiff gear change and very bad condensation inside on windscreen. Garage saw the problem took the car in for two weeks and have not been able to solve. They now say they are not going to do anything about changing or refunding car. What can I do to get a resolution?

Reject the car. You cannot use the new Act effective 1st October, but there is plenty of previous legislation and case law on your side: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
