Replacement for a Land Rover Freelander 2?

I bought my Freelander 2 when it was three years old. It's now eight years old and has, unfortunately cost me masses in almost continual repair bills over the past couple of years.

I'd love to replace it with a Discovery Sport Ingenium, but they're more than I can really afford. I'd like something either new or maybe up to about a year old. I don't have a fixed budget in mind, but ideally no more than about £30,000. I will probably keep it for at least 5 years.

I'd go for a Kia Sorento KX-2 manual. 2,500kg towing capacity. Comfortable with seven seats. 40mpg at 70mph and a seven year warranty.
