Two week old Land Rover with problems - what do you recommend I do?

Sitting at red traffic light today, in drive with foot on brake. Stop start feature kicked in and engine turned off, then suddenly everything switched off. Gear knob lowered, all lights and display blank. This is third, but most major issue with car which is three weeks old

Might be that the car battery does not have enough charge from not driving the car far enough. Is this the new Ingenium diesel 2.0 diesel engine or the older 2.2 Ford engine?
