Should my husband buy this Mercedes-Benz CLK with 200,000 miles?

Please could you tell me if you would touch this 2002 Mercedes-Benz 320 CLK open top car which my husband is considering? One owner, full Mercedes-Benz service history from new, immaculate condition but has done 200,000 miles. The independent dealer is offering 3 months' warranty.

That seems a very high mileage to us. We'd avoid it and find one with reasonable miles. 80,000 miles would be average for that age of car.

Much better second attempt at CLK. Goes well, handles well and is comfortable. Attractive looks.
