Clutch failure on 2014 Ford C-MAX

I bought an ex-demo from dealership with about 50 miles on the clock. At 3000 miles the clutch needed replacing due to "complete burn out". DMF and slave cylinder also replaced, DMF damaged due to heat, slave as a precaution.
Escalated to Ford service team, driving style blamed and refusal to refund any costs. Driving style is nothing out of the ordinary. Now feel I'm sitting on a timebomb, who knows if it will go again in another 3000 miles? What would you do?

Standard complaint that we know all about. What happens is that the slave cylinder fails giving the same effect as the driver slipping the clutch. When they return the failed parts (if requested) they do not return the slave cylinders. Tell the dealer that sold you the car that this is a well known fault with the cars and is not your fault. It has been covered on BBCTV's 'Don't Get Done, Get Dom'. It is itemised repeatedly by Honest John in the Fiesta, Focus and C-MAX entries. And if the dealer does not replace the clutch, dual mass flywheel and slave cylinder entirely free of charge, you will use the small claims track of the county court to sue for the full amount.
