Is my 1996 Fiat Brava automatic's yellow dipstick for the transmission oil?

I have a 1996 Fiat Brava Automatic. When I go around corners the oil light flashes on the dashboard. I have checked the oil levels and the red dipstick says there's plenty of oil in the engine. But the other dipstick (yellow) has got old oil on it, but seems to be pretty much dry. Is this the dipstick for the automatic transmission oil? If it is how do I top it up? If not, what is it and what do I have to do?

Normally the yellow dipstick is the engine oil and the other dipstick (probably clipped in place) is for the transmission. But you can look and see which one is for which.
