Porsche Boxster - which wheels are best?

I have just purchased a used 2007 Porsche Boxster, which is fitted with 19-inch Carrera wheels as an upgarde from new.The standard wheel would of been 17-inch. Would l be right in thinking that going back to a 17 inch wheel give me better handling and comfort?

17s will give you better comfort, longer tyre life, less susceptibility to damage and cheaper replacements. But on a track day, the 19s will grip longer.
