Water ingress on Honda Jazz

My 2004 Honda Jazz is suffering frmo water ingress and the spare wheel well is filling with water. Do you know what's causing this and how it can be fixed?

May be the rear door seals or waterproof membrane, rear light cluster seals, rear hatch seals or, more likely, the one way cabin vents situated between the lower sides of the load compartment and the sides of the rear bumper valence.
