Can I convert my Golf to a single flywheel?
I have a 2000 Volkswagen Golf 1.9TDI. The dual mass flywheel/clutch needs replacing - what's your thoughts on converting to single flywheel?

It has a DMF to protect the driver from vibration and to protect 1st and 2nd gear from torque reactions. So replacing with a solid flywheel does carry some risk.
