Vauxhall Astra blowing blue smoke - is there a fault?

My Vauxhall Astra has started emitting blue smoke on start up. It has also started using around 1 litre of oil a week, can you tell me if there’s a problem?

Either the valve stem oil seals have failed or the turbo oil seal has failed or, if you're really unlucky, both have failed.
