Where can I have my Volkswagen Polo's airbag reactivated?

I have bought a used Volkswagen Polo on which the passenger side airbag was deactivated by the previous owner. Volkswagen is quoting £120.00 for this work. Could you recommend somewhere else who would do it at a cheaper price?
