Can I get a portable toilet for my car?

For some of us who are getting older, the risk of being “caught short” in a traffic jam for several hours is a serious worry. For this and other reasons, can you suggest any vehicles (other than vans) that could accommodate an accessible portable toilet?

Some cars (such as Fiat 500s and Pandas) have flip up passenger seats with a bin underneath. But you can buy special car toilets: www.purpleturtle.co.uk/acatalog/Travel_Toilets.html
