Where can I get the wheel bolt key for our Hyundai i10?

We cannot find the box containing the special nut to remove the alloy wheels on our Hyundai i10. The main dealer says that the wheel can only be removed by “brute force and ignorance, which may cause some damage.” Presumably this would be for all four wheels and every time a wheel would need to be removed - for example, a puncture. There must be some other way. Any suggestions?
