Can I fit a new instrument cluster to my 1999 Ford Fiesta?

I have an S-reg 1999 Ford Fiesta. The instrument cluster only contains a fuel gauge and a speedometer. Can a cluster containing a rev counter, speedometer, temperature gauge and fuel gauge be fitted?
