Dealer gone bankrupt - Who is responsible for out of warranty claim?

The EGR valve is playing up on my SEAT Ibiza, which is one month out of warranty at 21,000 miles. Unfortunately the supplying dealer has gone into liquidation (shortly after I bought it) and I have no legal claim on the dealer who has serviced it from new. Is there another way I can make a claim for an out of warranty repair?

Try SEAT via another SEAT dealer. I presume this is the 1.6TDI. Very common problem on that engine.
