Which used 7-seat 4x4 would you recommend for use as a vet's vehicle?

I am in need of a reliable used 4x4 for my work as a vet. It also has to double as a family car with a seven-seat capacity as I have a growing family. I presently own a Hyundai Terracan 2003 model which I would like to part-exchange. Can you help?

We're not sure of your budget but in terms of seven-seat 4x4s you could choose from the Land Rover Discovery 3, Mitsubishi Outlander or - probably the best value choice - the Hyundai Santa Fe. It's available with five or seven seats and comes very well equipped as standard. The extra seats in the back fold down flat into the boot, so they don't have any impact on overall boot space.
