What are the best tyres for the Suzuki SX4?

I need to replace the tyres on my Suzuki SX4. I currently run Continental 205/60 R16 92H ContiPremiums, should I go for the same or fit all weather tyres?

I now recommend Goodyear Vector 4 Seasons. On them you'll go up a 1-in-3 snow covered slope no problem and can leave the tyres on all year round.
