Can you recommend a Mazda MX5 alternative?

I have a Mazda MX5 that I can no longer drive due to bad knees and hip. Can you recommend a good alternative, with easy access?

A cheap alternative is the MGTF, which has been widely criticised for having seats too high for a sports car. What's more, they're really cheap.
