Should I renew my PCP agreement?

I own a KIA Sportage and am 12 months into a 42 month Personal Contract Purchase deal. My main dealer has asked me if I would like a brand new model (with two years free servicing) for the same level of payment. Good deal or steer clear?

Reads like a no brainer. I can't think what the catch is, unless the dealer is short of year old stock and there is some incentive to sell new cars. I guess this will put you into a fresh 42 months.
