Fuel leak problem with Nissan X-Trail

I have noticed diesel fuel leaking from my Nissan X-Trail. I've jacked the car up and it looks like the leak is coming from an overflow pipe on the diesel pump. When I start the car there’s no leak, but as soon as the turn off the engine the leak starts.

I'd guess that the fuel tank sender pump is over-pressuring the fuel system. Get it to a diesel injection specialist.
