The Bluetooth on my car doesn't work properly

I purchased my car new a year ago and immediately found that my phone did not work properly even though I tested it in the demo model before purchasing - this being an essential feature for me. The Audi dealer, who has been supportive, advised that the problem would be resolved and have used Audi Technical Dept but after numerous efforts on their part during the last year I still cannot use my phone, resulting in enormous inconvenience and wasted time having to stop to make and receive calls.

The phone has worked in every other Audi provided while they attempted to resolve the issue and they agree it is the car that is at fault.

Had I known that the problem would not be rapidly resolved I would have returned the car after the first attempt.

Can you advise if I have any options after a year and now owning a car that is not fit for my declared needs and I wish I had never purchased?

They have to replace the car with one in which your phone does work, or supply you with an equivalent phone that will work in that car. They have no choice.
