Will my failed turbocharger cause an MoT failure?

The turbo on my diesel Focus 1.6 TDCi (2006) has failed - will this mean automatic failure of the MOT?

Probably. But anyway it needs to be fixed, and also the oil feed pipe to the replacement turbo needs to be replaced or it will fail again.
