Low mileage used Fiat 500 for £8200 - is there a catch?

Trade Sales and Motorpoint seem to have lots of low mileage 2012 Fiat 500s from £8200. No franchised dealer seems to do these for less than £9000. I assume these are ex-fleet or learner school. Do you consider these sensible purchases? I'm not fussed about colour etc, but three-year resale value is a consideration.

2012 will be ex-rental and no harm in that at all. Lounge spec is best with white steering wheel, glass sunroof, aircon and essential Blue & Me Bluetooth. BSM stopped leasing them in 2010.
