Is this a good price for a Rapid?

I'm looking to replace my 2001 E39, found a 2012 62 plate Skoda Rapid se 1.2 TSI 'SE' 86PS 3,500 mile ex courtesy car for £11,000 at my local franchise dealer.

Is this a good price, or should I consider a different make? We only do about 5000 miles a year.

I have seen an A6 Ultra S line 190 (65 plate) red with full leather. It's virtually brand new and is priced very attractively. Is it a good buy? Or would you advise going for the New A4?
