Cambelt change now on my Fusion?

I have just traded my Fiat 500 for an easy access Ford Fusion. It is an ex-Motability car, registered in 08/2009 and with 13,600 on the clock and a full Ford service history. As it is low mileage and could have had a lot of cold starts, should I change the cam belt now to pre-empt any possible issues?

Depends how old it is. 3 years old should be ok. 4 - 5 years old, time to think about changing the timing belt.
