Is this problem covered under warranty?

A month ago I purchased a 2006 Citroen C4 from a dealer. After a few days and 30 miles the turbo started making terrible noises. My mechanic told me that the bearings are worn and that I should go to the dealer who will certainly fix it, because the car is on a three-month warranty.

The dealer refused to repair, because the turbo still works and is not in such bad condition for the year and mileage. I sent the dealer a letter claiming that the car is not in satisfactory condition which did not help.

Dealer still refuses to repair. A few days ago, the engine started to seem squeaky sounds, gearbox started to cause problems, I called the dealer and made an appointment at the workshop, but I'm afraid the dealer will find an excuse to not fix the car.

What should I do now?

Unless the turbo or some other component actually fails the dealer does not have to fix it.
