Battery drains very quickly

For 2 years now, the battery has drained over the weekend, garages have said need a new battery. Still doing it despite battery only a year old.

RAC confirm the battery is charging and sound, as is the alternator. In the last couple of days, whilst driving, all electrics cut in and out intermittently.

The battery is now fully dead, I can't even unlock vehicle. As an aside, there is also water leak somewhere as boot is constantly wet with actual pools of water.

I have also noticed that car has previously been fitted with car phone speaker which is still in situ. When starting car (on those very fortunate days!), ignition sound can be heard transmitted through speaker.

Condensation from the moisture in the boot will be affecting the electrics.
