Life expectancy of a hybrid?

I have a RX450h which I have had from new in Jan 2010. I have already done 65,000 miles and wanted to know what was the expected life of the vehicle? I have it regularly serviced by Lexus in Poole, but am considering running this car for at least another four years, so potentially 150,000 + miles.

Do Toyota/Lexus expect this car and its batteries to last this long? What problems am I likely to encounter?

Toyota has seen Prius IIs used as taxis reach 450k miles with no trouble because of the simplicity and lack of stress of the drivetrain. I can't tell you about the more complex 400h/450h, but have not heard of a lot of trouble with them. If the hybrid battery fails, that is very expensive.
