Heater not working on new Jaguar XF

Took delivery of my Jaguar XF 2.2 on 7/01/2013 5mls on the clock. NO heat coming into car.Dealer took it in NO faults registered on computers or shown on PDI. Dealer is stumped. put call into Jaguar before they start to dismantle my NEW car with 32 miles on the clock,to trace the fault.

They have lent me a NEW Jaguar 2.2. My Wife says we want a NEW car as my one is a DUD and do we want one that has been pulled to bits in the 1st week? Can I get /demand a new one/compensation?

May be something simple like a duff heater valve. If so, no big deal. Can happen.
