Best run flats for BMW 5 Series

Having just had my second tyre blow out at high speed on a motorway, I'm looking to replace all 4 run flats on my BMW 525i Touring with the latest generation of the same. I'd rather be safe and suffer a bit worse ride comfort. Can you recommend a tyre that is going to give me the best combination of grip and comfort?

Previously I've had Goodyear Eagle NCT5s, but I've struggled to find any latest reports or tests of recent tyres. Is it best to stay with premium tyres, or are some of the lesser known names just as good?
I'm sorry to drag out this old chestnut again!
Many thanks
Martin

Did a lot of testing with Bridgestone between 2005 and 2008, but their latest RFT3s turned out be be duds.

If I was you I'd have a look on www.tyrereviews.co.uk
