Looking to replace my Zafira - suggestions?
I am looking to replace a tired Zafira, with a budget of £5K max. Needs to be automatic and have a high driving position. Would prefer seven-seater but may need to compromise.
The kids would like something a bit more funky than another Zafira. Also needs to be reasonable on fuel consumption, I currently get through £70/week.

Automatic and seven-seats or an MPV for £5k does not come economical, but maybe an old shape Sharan, Galaxy or Alhambra 1.9TDI auto might do the job, if you can find one that isn't as knackered as your Zafira. These are pre DPF and no DMF to worry about with a torque converter auto.
