Discovery 3 engine failure

I have a Land Rover Discovery 3 that recently suffered a catastrophic engine failure. It is five years old and has covered 80,000 miles. Regularly serviced, first three years by LR franchise dealer, and last two years by Land Rover specialist, Land Ranger.

The vehicle ground to a halt in a grinding loss of power. It was transported to a LR main agent. Their investigation consisted of trying to start it, which confirmed there was a problem with oil pressure & engine failure. The diagnosis was it needs a new engine and possibly turbo. I have asked LR Head Office to pay 100% for the repair. They have offered 33% initially. Can I expect more?

The services were always performed ontime, inline with LR recommended schedule. How can I secure as close to 100% payment from LR, as possible, please?
