Buying a Toyota Yaris - trade-in advice please?

We are interested in a Toyota Yaris 1.3VVTi TR five-door, registered 19 November 2010. It has 13,320 miles on the clock. It is priced at £8695, what sort of price should we aim to pay, as it seems a bit steep!

Are there any problems with this version? We want to trade-in our 2006 1.4-litre Polo with 53,500 miles on the clock. It has a few bumper scratches, but full service history and it's had a new cam belt. Is this a good time to replace and what should we try to get for trade in?

Max retail for a 2010/60 1.3 TR with 27k miles is £7,820. So they are adding the rest for the lower than average mileage. Don't pay more than £8k. A 2006 Polo 1.6S 5-dr with 65k miles trades at £3,100. So you should be looking at about £4,800 to swap.
