Just received a parking ticket - Is this correct?

I parked in a side road with no yellow lines, no warning signs on a dropped kerb next to a brick wall at the of the road, which was a dead-end. I received a parking ticket - is this correct?

No. Ignore it. Probably some speculative ripoff. You need to report this breach of the DVLA's rules for giving your data protected details to a thirds party to the DVLA.
