Tyre Fitters - they put an odd tyre on my Honda

I had a new tyre fitted yesterday and the garage told me that, although it was a different make (ToyotaR1) it would be fine with my other three existing Bridgestone tyres.

It was fitted on the back left. Am I okay to go with this advice or should I ask for the correct tyre to be fitted? Thanks for your time as I am worried about this insurance/Police check wise.

It's fitted now, so not much you can do. Probably legal. Just not best practice.
