I had followed your advice to always keep the air con switched on, and to good effect in that with my vehicle owned from new for 20 years it has always worked fine without ever even needing re-gassing....
I have just bought my first car with air con. I have been advised that i need to run it all the time to stop the seals drying out. This may be okay in summer but I prefer to have the heater on in winter....
My 2005 SEAT Leon's climate control has been playing up recently and only blows on re-cycle, not on auto. Could this be related to the outside temperature sensor? I think this is faulty as it's showing...
