Rattle from a brand new Megane?

Just under two months ago, I took delivery of a brand-new 2012 Megane Hatchback. I've recently noticed a rather loud rattle that appears when closing the right rear door, and when driving over less-than very smooth roads at about 80-90 kph and above.

The rattle also comes when closing the door, even gently. However, when I roll the window down, the rattle can not be heard. There is no rattle on the other doors. I've checked if the door strikes are loose, but they are tight as a drum. Can you think of anything?

Problem with the window regulator or channel. Ask the dealer to fix it.

I have noted in your Yaris article that the manual gearbox suffers from a whine. Is this whine something that is to be accepted or is it best to repair? Do you know what causes the whine?
