Leaky boot in my Insignia

I have a leak in my boot, no leaks when car stands still and dry. Wet after driving in rain, my garage checked it out but no look so far solving problem. Are you aware of any problems due to manufacture faults?

Coming in through the cabin extractor vents that are located behinds the sides of the rear bumper. If the flaps fail, rainwater is forced though them under pressure by the wheels.
