Can I fit Ford Focus wheels to my Volvo?

I wish to fit winter tyres(205/55/16) for my 2007 Volvo V70 onto used steel rims but steels for Volvo are difficult to source. Can I use wheels from a Ford Focus of similar age as these seem to be readily available?

Focus steels are 15" not 16". Did you mean Mondeo 16" steels? Nevertheless I daren't recommend this and your insurer will penalise you.
