What tyres for a Freelander 2?

I've just bought a Freelander 2 (2010 - done 16000 miles) What are the best tyres to achieve good wear rate and quiet ride? Will do mostly 95% main roads and will need 4x4 in winter snow. No real offroad work. Is it imperative to change all 4 tyres at the same time?

Pirelli Scorpoin, but there are 5 different types so you need to choose the one most suitable. Probably Scorpion STRs. For winter you need Scorpion ice & snow.
