Sold an ex-demo car in the wrong specifcation

We bought an ex demonstrator from Arnold Clark yesterday using PCP to finance it.

When we returned home and put the two seats down in the boot we noticed the parcel shelf missing. I checked the spec on the Ford website to see if it was standard or an optional extra.

From that I noticed that a Titanium X should have leather upholstery and a panoramic roof as standard - our vehicle has neither. All the finance documents state it is a Titanium X.

We do not have the registration documents yet. I am worried about the guaranteed future value of the vehicle with regards the PCP as it is not the spec stated on the documents.

This is more serious than bits being missed off the build. The car is obviously not what it was sold to you as. I advise you to undo the deal on those grounds.
