What is the road tax rate for my 2011 Honda CR-V?

I purchased a Honda CR-V ES 2.2iDTEC in May 2011. I am pleased with it but hope you can answer two questions. I understood that the road tax for this vehicle was £165 per year as compared with £140 for the X3 and Freelander. However, I note that the tax disc currently on the car reads £265. Is this correct? Will I pay £265 In future years?

If the tax disc reads £265, that was for the first year's tax and means that Honda must have got the CO2 down to between 161 and 170g/km (which seems logical because originally it was certificated at 171g/km CO2). Future tax will be £190pa. The X3 is 141-150g/km CO2 so is £130 for the first year and £130 for subsequent years.
