Wet Volkswagen Bora footwells

Is it the filter seal or windscreen seal? I have water in all of my footwells under the carpet but showing through carpet sometimes. Front windscreen also mists up alot when not in vehicle and have also experienced frost on the inside of the windscreen.

Might be coming in through the pollen filter because the bulkhead vent well drains are blocked. Very typical of this model. Or the waterproof pollen filter cover may be cracked or dislodged. Or the seal may have failed. If the pollen filter is sodden you will always get condensation in the car. But the other places VAG cars leak is through the doors because the plastic waterproof membranes between the trims and the doors fail.
