Saab cars and the future

I have owned Saabs for years but, for obvious reasons, am now worried.

I have always changed them every two years or so. I have an 08 Vector convertible 1.8 with only 16K on clock which has now depreciated hugely in the last month.

Ought I cut my losses and get rid or hang on and drive it to death? If the former, what would you recommend as a "family" convertible?

Probably swap for a Volvo C70. If you soldier on there could be parts problems, especially stupid things like light clusters if you have a bump.
