Time to change - what should I pick?

I commute to work - do about 25,000 miles per annum, all motorway(M3).

Currently I have a Toyota iQ with 50k on the clock, which is on finance - can change anytime and will come out with 2k to put towards another car.

Can put 10k in, so 12k to spend.

Thinking of an Audi A3 TDI S-Line, three-years old, Citroen DS3 Diesel, one-year-old, or a new Toyota Yaris 1.3 petrol SR.

Outsider is the Skoda Fabia vRS petrol - would I get anywhere near 50mpg on motorway?
