Alhambra sidelights won't go off

How do you turn off the front and rear right side parking lights, which are staying on 24/7? My manual tells how to turn them on but not off. All controls in the correct positions, all lights off, indicators off. Warning beep sound as soon as the door is opened until the key is back in ignition.

Rather unusual fault, appears that you have a permenant feed going to them. Since it is both front and rear lights we would suggest that the light switch may be at fault.
