Returning a problem car

Long suffering with an Audi I've bought. The dealer has said the car is repaired and being picked up tomorrow. He wants me to go and pick it up. This is a 150 miles away 300 mile round trip.

I've checked with trading standards and read the sale of goods act, they are liable for all cost during repairs including transport.

I don't have the time to travel that far and have said that they should bring the car back, I took it to them and my own cost and inconvenience.

This has been going on for six weeks and I am just tired of it. Am I being un-reasonable in expecting them to bring it back, or is there any other solution that I can offer?

Depends on how long you ahve had the car. You might have a case for a refund. See: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
