Misadvertised keyless entry
I bought a 2nd hand car from Evans halshaw hartlepool after seeing an advert on Auto Trader, in the advert it stated the car had keyless entry (an optional extra the previous owner would have had to pay for) As this was what I was after i bought the car to find it does not have keyless entry. Where do I stand with regards the advert stating it had it and the sold item not having it?

You can reject the car for a full cash refund for "not having been as described." But I don't understand why you did not discover this when you first checked out the car. If you bought it unseen, then you definitely have the right to reject it.
